Thank you for your interest in our services! Our office is located in Stanleytown, VA, near the Bassett, VA, area to best serve your Estate Planning, and Elder Law needs. 

Please allow 24-48 business hours regarding any phonecalls or web requests for consultations. 

We are open by Appointment Only: Please call our office or use the form found through our consultation request page to learn more about formally scheduling an appointment with the attorney. When leaving a phone message, please leave your name, number and reason for calling, and we will reach back out as soon as possible. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. On Fridays, we are open from 8:30am to 12:00pm. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.

We are located right next to Ace Hardware, in what used to be the old BB&T Bank building (before that, it was previously the Piedmont Trust Bank building), not far from the Stanleytown Post Office. As seen from the road heading towards Bassett, our office faces the former Stanley Furniture factory location.  When picking up or dropping off paperwork, one of the added benefits of being in a former bank building, means we also have a drive-through for your convenience.

In addition to in-office consults, we also offer PHONE and VIDEO CONFERENCING capabilities! If you should need to schedule an appointment when calling our office and your's or a loved one's health and wellness is a concern as far as scheduling a traditional in-office initial consultation, please know you do have another option for meeting with the attorney.
